Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Johanna is the “other half” of the company. As co-founder and CFO of JSR Business Services, Johanna keeps the feet of the company on the ground. Johanna Graduated in 2012 from Central Washington University with a Double Major in Accounting and Business Administration & a Minor in Economics. Johanna is an avid runner, and phenomenal chef. If shes not crunching numbers shes probably coming up with a more efficient way to operate the company. There is no way to place a price on how valuable she is to JSR, so we say priceless. Her strong will as CFO has created instant value to the company. She continually steers the financial well-being of JSR to success. The next time you hit the trails, keep your eyes peeled as you may run into her. When you do, don’t be a stranger. For as strong willed as she is in the office, she sure has a tender soul everyone who has had the chance to know, loves.

Steven Rupp

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Steven is the co-founder and CEO of JSR Business Services. As a lifelong resident of Anchorage, Alaska, Steven is an outdoors enthusiast and loves keeping it local. With over 12 years of industry experience in information management he also has lead specialized boards for global corporate digital transformation initiative, served as a Lieutenant Firefighter/Medic, remained dedicated to the local hockey communities of Alaska by playing competitively & coaching the youth, he is globally recognized as an accredited Black Belt in Martial Arts, and last but not least, he is a family-man with christian principles. Steven is a optimist/perfectionist and it definitely shows in the way he has shaped the company culture. As an outdoors enthusiast, Steven enjoys creating a fun, work-family environment and spending quality time with his wife and family.
